Having recently undergone a large project to refurbish parts of the Museum, CTS were asked to advise on a CCTV system for the Museum, which re-opened its doors in February 2022 after a winter break. The Museum contains various collections which cover the history of the local and surrounding areas.
The objective was to supply a system that covers each of the Museum’s galleries and the collections therein, as well as the common areas, including the gift shop.
CTS supplied and installed a 9 Camera IP CCTV system to meet the needs of the Museum’s security. The benefit of an IP CCTV system is that it provides flexibility in terms of accessing, viewing and retrieving footage when necessary, which can also be achieved when away from the premises.
Swaffham Heritage/Museum selected CTS Security to install an updated CCTV system in the five galleries and circulating areas of the building to fulfil our requirement to provide certificated security for our exhibits as well as to monitor the health and safety of our visitors.
